There's thoroughness and then there is Mr. Mirza, he provides a very thorough, professional and friendly service. He keeps you informed of his findings during the survey and shows you what the issues are and explains what needs to be done to correct it. I asked Mr. Mirza to complete the 30 day inspection on my new home and am so very pleased that I did, I have no hesitation in recommending Mr. Mirza, a nice guy and very thorough at his work.
