Manjur has conducted four house inspections for us. During the first inspection, he found a hidden water leak from a patio door that another inspector conducting a simultaneous inspection didn't note. On the third inspection, he found a black mould problem in the attic (under a new roof) that would have cost over $40,000 to remediate.
He is extremely professional, well-equipped (e.g. thermal dynamic camera), knowledgeable and thorough. He writes up a detailed report with pictures by the evening. We were extremely happy with his work and would recommend him without hesitation.
