Jamie and his crew installed our A/C. We got a call in the morning letting us know that the crew was not able to make it until the afternoon.. but was asurred that they would be there today. The crew were very professional and Jamie was very knowledgeable.. We have a new home and some of the parts on our furnace and humidifier were not installed properly.. Jamie went beyond my expectations and fixed what could have been a potential problem in the future. He explained everything to me and my husband. And even told us where we could purchase filters for our humidifer.
Thank You Jamie for taking the time to correct things for us. We would use The Furnace company again in future, if the need arises.

They came in provided several different options of furnace to purchase. Their installment was cheap and the furnace was good quality. When they Installed the furnace they where efficient, clean and very well manner. Their maintenance workers are very good.

They were very fast but had to come back to fix things they had missed in their rush .Other than that , the furnace has worked well,and they were very very quick to replace a later needed update .

Furnace Company is great! We had a fantastic experience with installation and removal of old furnace. We also use them for furnace cleaning and for supplies and warranty work (not that we've needed any yet). Great customer service and the installers were very friendly and professional.

The Furnace Company replaced a 20+ year old furnace and hot water tank with new high-efficiency machines. Service was great: very professional and efficient. We would recommend them again. We purchased the furnace through Costco and received a very good deal.

We met with a representative at a local Costco. were planning on buying a high efficiency furnace but the representative advised us a mid-efficiency furnace would be more than enough for the size of your house. A few weeks later, the technicians came to install our new purchase and move our water heater to a more suitable location. The service provided by the techs was wonderful: fast, efficient, polite, clean. They went above and beyond our expectations. Not only did we save money, we saved money with a smile!
