This company is very positive in their approach to fixing ugly problems. They assured me from a long distance phone call, that they could fix the problem without having first seen it and that I would never see the repair. Also, they said they could do it withour having to paint the ceiling as they could match the color perfecty. AND THEY DID!

They were very fast but had to come back to fix things they had missed in their rush .Other than that , the furnace has worked well,and they were very very quick to replace a later needed update .
