Have worked with The Furnace Company in my personal home and now with a rental unit. Great service, exceptional knowledge and top notch employees. Highly recommend their products and services.

Best possible expirience!!! In less than a week, Jamie visited our home to provide me with an estimate. The price Jamie quoted was the best I had found and within days, the crew arrived for the install (I must add that they were punctual and proffessional). Upon futher examination for the install, they noticed complications in plumbing the outside unit to the location I requested. They promptly rescheduled me for the next day (full day install was required) and we're now living in total comfort. I didn't even have to talk with their office about the rescheduling or costs. Jamie was fantastic - thank you very much Jamie!! Jamie honored his original quote without any questions. Great company - great people. You don't see this very often in todays new world. I'm recommending you too everyone!

Great company and great service. Did not try to up sell into a more expensive unit. No sales pitch. Promptly returned phone calls. The install was quick and efficient. Would use this company again for any future AC or furnace needs.

The installers arrived at the specified time, got right to work, did the additional venting that was needed, installed the new furnace, cleaned up, gave us instruction, answered our questions and were done in approximately three hours. Very knowledgeable, personable and polite. Thanks Nolan and Aaron

Once you buy, they could not care less about you. Rude on the phone, don't respect their apointment. I truly regret having buy my furnace 2 years ago.
Lennox furnace is ok.

Booking and scheduling was on time. Kevin and Drew were very professional and got the install in a timely manner but there was a slight delay on the electrical install cause the electrician arrived late (~1 hr late). They were able to answer all of my question. Since the weather was cold that morning (1 degree) we were not able to fire-up the A/C to see how it work. Over all my experience was positive. They cleaned up the area once they were done, Kevin also fixed some of the problems that he noticed on the furnace and duct work.

What a fantastic job! I can't say anything but all the best about Reliance's employees! Aaron and Nolan (installers), and Dave (electrician) are true professionals. Guys really know what they are doing. Replacement, installation, some adjustments, cleaning etc. - everything was done before 4:00 PM. All problems were solved easy and with minimal additional cost. Thank you for a great job!

What a great job. It didn't cost anything for me to install A/C. I decided RENT my unit. Fantastic idea. Bryce & Mike were great and even pointed out that there was leak with my furnace. They were quick and efficient. At the end, they even explained everything to me to ensure that I understood everything. They did a fantastic job. Everything looks good and you can't even tell that the A/C was installed after the fact.I couldn't be happier and now I can have a nice cool house during the summer. Also, if you are thinking about getting A/C ask for Dave (Sales Consultant). He was pleasant and took the time to answer ALL your questions even if you have asked 5 times.
