I was given a window of time within which the work would be done. When I showed up at my home (30 minutes early) the guys were waiting for me.
Greg and Tyler were super friendly and respectful of my home. They were done within the hour. Everything was clean and very professionally installed. I am very impressed with their level of service! Well done!!

Good workmanship with install of new furnace and A/C. Arrived on time. Cleaned up as they went. Completed work without delay. Explained the new system and answered questions. Would definitely recommend. Thanks Tyler, Aaron and Nick (install crew). Also thanks to Michael, the sales rep.

Our furnace was near the end of its lifespan so we decided to go with reliance (thru Costco). They did a very professional job and we couldnt be more pleased. Since it was near the end of the heating season , we didnt see it run all the time but it heats the house better and the humidifier works great.

"Bob" from Reliance Furnace Company came over to do our annual maintenance check up. Bob was the most pleasant and efficient man we have ever had over here. Bob is from Cape Britain which led to many interesting stories while he worked. After his maintenance check up, he cleaned up all garbage and put it in in truck. Awesome person and hope I will see him again sometime soon~!

Good service and professional. Very neutral comment.. recommended the product which we needed while our furnance went down in the coldest day in winter. Was able to provide the service we need.

We recently had a tankless water heater installed together with a water softener. The service could not have been better. Our Agent was Tyson and he was very professional and informative. The install could not have gone any better. We are very happy with our choice. I have already spread the word to others who may wish to invest in this service.

Our serviceman was wonderful and extremely helpful and solved our problem and got the furnace running. He even suggested ways to prevent future problems. His name was Ryan.

My experience with the phone person was different. She said the cost would be $150 but she kept me on hold for 20 minutes before telling me her computer screen froze and I would have to call again.
When I called again and got through, the cost when up because it was now an eventing call. The delay cost me $100.

I made the call in the morning and within 2 hours Justin called to say he was on his way. The call centre explained what the approximate cost would be so there were no surprises. The service man, Justin, was friendly, helpful and easy to work with. Thank you for a great experience, we will definitely use you again.
