Reliance The Furnace Company Edmonton

I got the furnace deal at Costco, salesman Keith was excellent, nobody can beat that price, I called around. The Reliance salesman that came to my place (not Keith) & installers Aaron M & Tyler were all exceptional, even going way above the call of duty. However the call center is absolutely terrible. All I needed was the arrival time of the sales call & it took me through 2 separate 45 minute phone call loops, that involved charging me $5.00 to get me back to the initial number I called. Reliance you should fix that, it'd be nice just to talk to someone in the hometown office & much more efficient.
