Great customer service!...Did what they said what they would do and arrived on time! Hard working and personable technicians. Considerate of our home, cleaning up the job site well. Reliance Furnace seemed thorough in their paperwork. The explaination of how everything works was a little rushed, but manuals were provided and I feel confident that any queries I may have will be adressed by the co. with a phone call should I need further explaination. We would very likely recommend this company to anyone needing their services
