The absolute worse company to deal with. It has been a nightmare. I had a furnace installed in 2022 and was told there would be no payments for 6 months. A month later they tried to take $400.00 from my account. My bank didn't approve the withdrawal, maybe because they red flagged this company. I called reminding them I had 6 months payment free and they grudgingly took two months off. I called again and told them it was 6 months...not 2. Customer service is ridiculous no servicing or filter has ever been done that is included in the contract. I pay every month like clockwork and have gotten hundreds of emails and phone calls (I am keeping all of them).all because they refuse to honor their commitment and give me the 4 months I was promised. I am probably their best customer yet the harassment is ongoing. What zi would like is for reliance to come and take their damn furnace so I can buy one from a more reputable dealer. AVOID this company like the plague
