Hi Chrissy - I'm sorry you're dissatisfied with the service. There must be some misunderstanding. When you initially hired me, you and your husband agreed to the full scope of the work which was to inspect and verify that the eavestrough running down the one side of your house was not plugged and that the downspout was functioning correctly. If you recall, there was some debris clogging the inlet of the downspout, which after cleaning out and flushing with water, everything functioned the way it should. After showing you pictures of the cleaned out eavestrough and seeing for yourself that it was working correctly and there were no leaks, you were satisfied and payed the agreed fee of $100. If you didn't agree with the work performed or the price, I wish you had mentioned it at the time.
Subsequently, you called me some weeks later, if not months later, if I remember correctly, and told me the eaves was leaking again and that you wanted me to come out free of charge and fix whatever the problem was. Since this was a new issue, however, I explained that I could not come out free of charge. I thought I was being reasonable however in offering to come out for my minimum charge.
For future clients, please read all my reviews in their entirety. I am a very honest, reasonable, and hardworking individual and I operate my business with a high level of ethics and standards.
