Really great service on Saturday night
We were in Calgary when we learned that the basement of our house in Edmonton had flooded. We raced to Edmonton and Brett arrived at the house shortly after we did. It was a little after 6 and he'd come from another job. He was friendly and professional and I really appreciated his willingness to answer my questions and generally explain to me why he was doing what he was doing. Friends recommended Edmonton Emergency Plumbing and Drain Cleaning to us and I would definitely recommend them to others

This was definitely an unusual situation that required persistence as access to the plumbing was challenging. Brett has always been great at explaining the process the whole way through to customers that like to be more involved ~ we really appreciate the review.
