Bijan Interiors Modern Furniture

We just got our gorgeous dining set and it looks fabulous. Everything was very smooth and we are very appreciative of the both the service and the furniture of Bijan Interiors.

Great store! I recently purchase my bed set from this store! I had a great experience. The sales person was very helpful and made sure I met all my needs in choosing the bed and set the delivery date. My stuff was delivered as it was arranged and they assembled it for me. Excellent service! I highly recommend anyone to check out the store.

I usually don't write reviews, but I decided to since the gentleman who helped me made my shopping easier. When I came in the store, I was looking for a nice small sofa and I ended up buying the sofa and other items to decorate the area. I was very pleased and I would definitely shop at Bijan interiors again.

The store has a great selection of furniture and lighting fixtures available. Furniture is very modern, sleek, functional and of great quality. The customer service is exceptional, very helpful and eager to answer any questions. Highly recommend to visit the store if you are looking for quality product and great service. 5 stars!!!

Very happy with the purchase and the service I received. This is a very boutiquey type store with pieces you don't see everywhere. I recommend this store if you are looking for something different and unique.

most terrible shopping experience i ever had. If you decide to purchase stuff at this store, please be careful. Swear to god what i wrote here is 100% true. Both the quality of the furniture and their service are the worst, i never expected the furniture made in Italy has this bad quality. Once you paid, they don't care at all.

I must say I’m extremely happy with Bijan and his salesperson. I never got a chance to meet the owner but we talked over the phone a few times and he was very helpful. I purchased a dining table and a Italian sectional from Bijan Interiors two weeks ago. All the items were delivered within a week as promised. Amir the salesperson at the Yonge St location was extremely helpful and knowledgable and spent a good hour showing me different products. Upon the delivery I was a little concerned about the manufacture screws not being long enough to hold the top for my dining table and to my surprise, the owner told the delivery staff to purchase longer screws from Home Depot and they were back within 30 minutes to install the table. Thank you Bijan Interiors!

Unfortunately I did not read the reviews before I shopped here. My experience echoes the very negative experience of others.

We purchased a dining table and chairs and were told that they would be delivered in 6-8 weeks. This time came and went and no furniture. We were then told it would take another 7-10 days although the salesperson, Michael, did not sound very sure about this. The day after I spoke to him someone called me to say that they had my furniture on a truck and would like to deliver it that day. I was very confused by the mixed messages but ecstatic to receive the furniture. Well the day came and went and no delivery and no phone call to let me know.

I called Michael and he had no idea what was going on. Eventually the owner, Bijan, called me and told me that he was the one to call and denied having said what I had clearly heard. In others words I must be delusional. He was extremely unpleasant on the phone, yelling non stop, and not allowing me to say my piece. I asked him to be quiet so that I could say something and the ranting got even worse. It seems he doesn't like to be interrupted by a woman and decided that he would only speak to my husband from then on. I've never been treated that way!

We then decided to just wait it out. We did not want any more dealings with this lunatic. After some time we were told that our table had arrived but not the chairs and they had no idea when they would get them. They said they would deliver the table and some "loaner" chairs in the meantime. I wasn't really happy about this.

Michael called me with the phone number of the delivery people and told me to call them to arrange a time. Before I had a chance to do this, someone else called me to ask if they could deliver on Tuesday. I had previously been told that they only deliver on Wednesdays and Saturdays but what the heck. Bijan called on Tuesday to say that the truck was in an accident and they would deliver the following day. It didn't make sense that the truck could not deliver on Tuesday because of an accident but was going to be fine the next day. By this time I had had it.

I asked Bijan for an adjustment on the price as a result of all the aggravation and inconvenience and he adamantly refused giving me some nonsense about the manufacturer being unwilling to reduce the price. Of course I pointed out to him that he was making lots of profit on the sale and he should compensate us from his profit.

The furniture was delivered. They brought the table in at which point I told them that I did not want the "loaner" chairs. I just wanted my dealings with this company to be over. I gave them a cheque for the amount remaining for the table.

They called Bijan to tell him and he went ballistic - yelling at them and at me. He threatened to call the police and have them put me in jail, to take me to court. This man is deranged. I feel sorry for his staff.

Others have described the same behaviour in this individual. It was a complete nightmare and I strongly recommend that you stay clear of this business!

Mostly people write reviews when they have a bad experience. I am writing this review based on a very good experience with Bijan Interiors!
My daughter & I went to Bijan Interiors on King Street and I ended up purchasing an expensive floor lamp from Chris. The lamp lit up both my living & dining room and worked well for two months when it suddenly stopped working. There were eight led lights and none of them were functioning. I contacted Chris and explained what transpired and he personally came over to my place of residence a few days late ( in the evening because I work) to inspect the lamp. He concluded that the lamp was defective and that he would order another floor lamp from the manufacturer.
Chris told me this would take a while & after 2 months the new floor lamp finally arrived at the showroom on Yonge Street. Bijan contacted me and wanted to me to come to the Yonge Street location and exchange lamps. I explained to him & Chris that my car (I had used my daughter’s large car to pick up the original lamp) is too small, my husband is sick & the lamp is too heavy for me to carry.
Two days later, after the Yonge Street store was closed for the evening, Bijan personally delivered the floor lamp in his Range Rover and took back the other floor lamp!
NOW THAT IS SERVICE!!
