I would like to commend Josh for finding a solution for my garage door opener and Ben for a perfect installation. These guys really want their customers to be happy and satisfied, and have delivered on both counts.

What could this company do to improve their services?

If your garage door opener installation is a little out of the ordinary, DO NOT CALL Manitoba Garage Door Repair. The following are the excuses/explanations as to why the door rubs on the opener track;
1) It's only rubbing a little.
2) Don't worry, no one will see the scratches because the weather striping will cover them.
3) The reason it rubs is because the door is too heavy.
4) The glass windows in the door, make the situation worse.
5) The garage wasn't built correctly.
This group seems to pride themselves in quick fixes, but are either unable or unwilling to problem solve.
Overall, I'm very disappointed in this company.
