Plumbing review in

I tried to unclog the sink using drain cleaners twice and a snake to no avail. Thankfully I gave up and called Out of This World. Alex explained what was likely wrong, gave me options and his recommendation. What he suggested made sense to me. However the work was harder than even he imagined. So again, I’m extremely thankful I called them in because I would have made a mess and been extremely frustrated AND I would not have been able to fix the issue.
