I was very busy to inspect all the details and gave Alex money after the job was done, and he agreed to fix issues I'll find later.

However, when I complained about issues, he started ignoring my calls and messages.

Just one example of the problem attached.

We got a quote from Ontario Windows in the last year Ideal Home Show.
We had a new bow window put in in the Spring 2011 and were very satisfied with their workmanship, product and pricing. Since then, we called them back to retrofit 15 windows in the fall. The crew came on time and worked around the clock until the work was done and the area was cleaned. We have already recommended their product to a friend and a family member!!

I got the windows for my room replaced with a better quality ones.
The installation fees is competitive and its better to install through them since any accident while installation is covered by them and if in case the wrong size is bought.
I am very happy with them as the winter is here. The windows are very good and keeps the noise and air outside.
