Our house was less than a week away to be put on the market, and I left some of the more exterior cosmetic repairs to the last minute, including some brick spalling at the front entry of our house, and a 1"gap that had formed between the house foundation and concrete pad that runs along side, which had settled over time. Brian came by to quote for the work, and I was quickly put at ease with his proposed repair solution. His quote was fair, reasonable, honest, and well below other quotes I had received, and he scheduled me in as soon as the weather (read: ice storm weekend) turned for the better. He and his wife Shelley spent the whole day meticulously working away at the repairs. They really stand by their work. His knowledge and expertise of trade really impressed me, plus the fact that they are the kindest couple you could meet. They worked cleanly, and they were incredibly respectful to my neighbours, and property throughout the process. I was so pleased with the end result, and wish I had them in sooner. Couldn't say enough good things about Parker Restorations. Would recommend in a heartbeat.
