An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
The inspector was very professional, he walked us through the process, showed us pictures of before and after, how and what will be done., , Explained we will need the insulation removed and replaced. Insta Insulation was introduced ( they 2 were great and will also receive a perfect 10 ) . The estimate was very clear , very fair. The work was coordinated by both companies and worked perfectly.
