Hockey Maids was very quick to get back to me when i contacted them to clean our house after we had moved out.
They Did a pretty good job upon initial inspection of the house.
However upon further inspection we noticed that behind the toilets never got cleaned, the cupboard above the fridge was completely missed and the tiles floors look as if they never got washed.
Now I can see a couple of things getting missed, But they called me and said they needed an extra Hour (on top of the initial 4) to complete the job. I approved it.
So now they are telling me it Took a total of 10 Man Hours to Clean a 1600 Sq Foot 3 bedroom house that was completely empty. (no furniture or anything).
After the job was done and they sent me my receipt to my email. I went over to the house to inspect and when i found the above mentioned stuff i promptly sent in an email as it was after hours. It has been 3 days now since i sent the email and have had no response.
I would not recommend this business to a friend due to the lack of communication when something negative was mentioned.
Overall i am not entirely displeased with the job, But i am disappointed that i had to pay for an extra hour of service and things were still missed.

Below are the sequence of events based on the email back and forth assuming you're the Mike that Hockey Maids had service.
23/Nov-You email for a quote
24/Nov-Quote was sent to you and accepted the date.
27/Nov - Move out clean was carried out with 1 hour extension you approved.
28/Nov - Your credit card was charged and copy of receipt was emailed to you.
After the 28-Nov, we didn't get the email you're referring to and I apologize for that. We want you to please resend the email so we can right the wrong. Though we have a 48 hour warranty period, I would be glad to get that missing email so we can do something about it though its more than a week now since Hockey Maids did a service to your house. Assuming you're the Mike we had on file. If re-cleaning the missed items is not possible, we can refund a portion of the bill you paid. The percentage would be commensurate to the area missed.
