no customer service whatsoever!
This Builder has been a nightmare! Bought our house August of 2015 (over a year ago) was suppose to move in March 2016 got 3 delays as we watch other homes that had not yet been sold being built and put up for sale under inventory!
The decor centre for our interior selection was the worst experience ever, our appointment was first thing in the morning and we were there till 5pm, the standard stuff was very dated and no variety at all. Everything is an upgrade, and they didnt have the prices available, anything that we inquired about pricing took forever to find out!
The emails we have sent to the builder are not always acknowledged, we have gotten an email (not a call) from the tile company 3 weeks from our closing saying the tile we picked is not available and we need to rush in to go pick a different tile. Over the phone we were told that we can do a tile upgrade level 1 or 2 by Stacey at the head office and then when we did pick the upgraded tile they said we misunderstood and we are not offered any type of compensation what-so-ever, had to go back again a 2nd time that week to pick another tile in the standard.
when building the home, after the frame they are to put sheathing and there were large areas (more than one spot) where it was missing large area of Sheathing... and they bricked the house right over it without the Sheathing!
We had to go through the town inspector to assure that the Sheathing was done.
We havent moved in yet and we are so very disappointed already with everything so far.
