Booking a preventive maintenance appointment was quick and easy. The appointment was scheduled for less than 24hrs after I called. The technician was very courteous. Our furnace was flushed, and a recommendation for a humidifier was made. Mersey technicians give great service!

Arrived on time and was very helpful and knowledgable. Work was perform quickly and would recommend them to anyone. Checked both furnace and air conditioner and made good recommendations if anything was needed outside of the service call.

John T. arrived on time and in a very pleasant manner adjusted the settings on a newly installed humidifier. He also assisted me with programming a new thermostat. He was friendly and informative and had no problems addressing my concerns and answering my questions.

John, operator #27 and his crew were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and personable. Over the weekend of March 19, 2017, my parent's place had no heater due to a power outage in the neighbourhood caused by the hydro company that was doing some repair work in the area. John explained to my parents everything that was wrong, and what was needed to be done to get the heater/furnace to work again in a language that my parents could understand. My parents and I are very impressed with their work, their work ethics, knowledge of the job, and professionalism, and we highly recommend this company and this crew to do the service at any location.
