I always have had an excellent service with Mersey. John is very courteous and knowledgeable, so were the other technicians who came before. I would recommend Mersey to everyone who are looking for great service.

Emmanuel was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! This has been my third service visit from Mersey and all three techs have been good, but he has been he best by far.

New furnace check up because we received two letters from Enbridge Gas that our consumption of gas is higher than the Efficient Homes n Similar Homes. Your Technician, John T of N. 29 who is very professional n knowledgeable to explain about the contents of the letters and is very patient to go through our monthly statements to make sure we have saved gas consumption after the installation of the new high efficiency furnace. Then he also carried a check up of the furnace as well. Your company has a good job of the after sale services, especially your Sales Consultant, Kathie Vanular. Thanks very much for your services

The technician was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He was thorough checking the unit and also using his meter to perform any leaks (gas??) in and outside of the home.

George was thorough in doing this service, cleaned all components and tested everything before leaving my premises.

The Mersey team was superb. Our furnace broke down completely and they had a technician out the same day. When it was discovered that it wasn't repairable, Rene came late the same (Friday) night to present us with our options for a new unit. He went through everything very thoroughly and was happy to answer all of our questions. The installation crew showed up on time, first thing in the morning on the Monday. It was a full day install in a very tight space, and Chris and Jordan worked hard to get it all done in one day. They were efficient and cleaned up thoroughy at the end of the day. I would highly recommend Mersey. They did a great job.

Contacted company through web chat 2 am in the morning and rep scheduled service appointment first thing that morning. The service professional, John, was very professional, helpful and honest, laying out all possible options, answering all my questions.

I decided to replace the existing 10 year old system with a new one. The turn around times for service, sales, and installation were all excellent.

Second call to fix boiler - work was under warranty; technician isolated problem but kept trying and troubleshooting to get furnace to work without having to install any parts or additional costs.
