Mersey Heating And Air Conditioning

I first used Mersey Heating & Air Conditioning a year ago for my HRV service. I also needed to find out why my Hepa Filter was making this loud noise. Miguel thoroughly cleaned my HRV and even the vent ouside which he said was clogged. He inspected my Hepa Filter and said he would get back to me on the price of a new motor. He called me the next day with a price. I pre-paid for this year's service and before I could schedule the appointment, right on time, I got a call saying Cory was available and he could come right away. Like Miguel, Cory explained the workings of my HRV, told me what he did, how he cleaned it and how I can easily maintain it myself. Before leaving, he again reiterated what he told me before and directed me to a youtube website, if i needed visual step by step instructions. If all else fails, I can always have them do the service - and he told me exactly what the cost was. I found Cory and Miguel to be very knowledgeable and professional. They were also respectful of my home, by wearing covers for their outdoor shoes. I will certainly use Mersey Heating & Air Conditioning services in the future
