Mersey Heating And Air Conditioning

We have engaged Mersey Service Experts a few times this year, having hired them to install a new furnace, A/C and water heater in our home. This review concerns Dave who came to finish off the tethering of an electrical line that is part of our new furnace that had not been properly secured, as well as noting on our electrical panel which fuses are connected to the furnace, which also had not been done during the installation. Dave had visited the house earlier this year to do a pressure test on the line from the furnace to the outside A/C unit prior to and in preparation for the installation of the new A/C unit. I was pleased it was Dave who came to do the last few minor tasks for the furnace, as I found him a great person to work with. He knows his job and the equipment and goes about his tasks quickly, efficiently and pleasantly. He is very personable and makes you feel confident that the work is done properly and to code.
