Was extremely helpful with explaining what was needed to be fixed and was also the same service personnel that came back to install the coil. He was efficient and quiet. Polite and wore booties to keep my floors clean. Despite the repairs needed. The cost is what prevented me from giving the rating 5 stars. The cost of the repair was steep for me. Hopefully my a/c unit will not have any problems for a long time. The cost also includes a maintenance package.
