Woke no no heat, called Mersey, J. Park arrived by estimated time, diagnosed the problem, gave an estimated, went to get parts, installed and waited while furnace cycled. Suggested I get parts plan.
He was very professional, efficient and took the time to explain things, haply with the service. Job 115755
