I've been a service agreement customer with Mersey Heating and Air Conditioning for the past 3 years. Recently, I had a problem with my air conditioner and I experienced priority service. I got a live person on the phone who actually knew where I lived and she dispatched a repairman that arrived at my front door 3 hours later. That's great service! Well done!
