The service response time was immediate. John Park was the service person that came. He quickly identified the main problem and replaced the dual capacitor to get the AC working. He pointed out that there were three leaks in the system that was allowing the gas to be at 95% level and would continue to decline. He offered two solutions to do a full assessment with repair costs that would be between $900 and $1500 plus $248 for the assessment. The other option was to replace the entire system that was 11 years old. We chose to replace the system, which was done July 27th.
