Heating & Air Conditioning review in

I will keep it short...I wasted enough time. Given a 'morning to sundown' appointment time to repair an air conditioner...had to call Mersey twice afterwards as it was going on a 10 hour wait. Assured we were still on the list. No one showed....no one called....the operator had no idea what happened when we reached them at 11pm. How sad and disrespectful. What a way to ru(i)n a business.
