I booked my annual furnace cleaning in July 2015 and got a confirmation number. The day before my appointment I called to make sure my furnace cleaning was on schedule. It was confirmed. Sat. Oct 10 - the service person never showed up. I called after Thanksgiving to speak to a manager and the person that answered the telephone was very unpleasant with me. I cancelled my maintenance contract with this company and I will never used them again. I have been a customer since 1999.
