My kitchen faucet snapped at the handle so my wife and I were fetching water from our bathtub like they used to do in the middle ages from a well. (First world problems, I know). Several days later, I went and bought a new faucet from Home Depot and attempted to replace it myself. When I went to shut off the water under the sink, water started dripping from the shut-off valve. I quickly turned the valve back on to stop the leak and called Monty. He was prompt with calling me back and asked me to send him several photos of my faucet and sink just so that he would know what parts he would need. He had my faucet up and running within a few hours of showing up.
He also looked at a leaky toilet in my basement and replaced the gasket.
