Our sales rep was great, very responsive and knowledgable. No up selling and very able/willing to answer any question we had.
The work was done on time (despite very cold weather), the crew was very friendly, considerate and professional.
Our roof looks great, very happy with the materials used, vent design and follow up inspection.

Hubbard Roofing did a fantastic job on our roof and gutters. The curb appeal of our house is drastically improved, and the quality of work is stellar! Not only were workers thorough, but they were also courteous. The company was very easy to deal with, and I will recommend them to anyone needing work done on their roof.

Our roof suffered hail damage last summer and needed attention. We took our own route when selecting a contractor for the job, after our insurance company gave us the go ahead. After three estimates, we decided to go with Hubbard Roofing & Exteriors. What stood out the most was their, (company rep Cody), ability to help us out as much as they could with matching what our insurance adjuster estimated. Cody was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Only draw back for us was the length of time they were able to get out and do the work. However, I see that as a sign of being in high demand. Once the job was completed, they left the site clean, and tidy.

Everyone at Hubbard roofing was efficient and polite. When I first phoned I talked with Michelle. After very little help from other companies ,she explained they were very busy but Kelly would be out to look at all the hail damage as soon as possible. He came out the next day. He helped us deal with our insurance company that was not being easy to deal with. In the end, the roof ,skylight,eaves troughs,window trim,etc. ,was all repaired to my high expectations. I would highly recommend this company. Thanks to all a Hubbard roofing, you guys are the best.

Estimates were done promptly and accurately. All communications with our insurance company was done for us, making it easy and convenient. Workmanship, very good. Our house is looking great. I would recommend Hubbard to anybody and everybody. Just like our satisfied neighbor did for us. He's the reason we called you. Paid for by insurance. I was unable to uncheck I paid for this service box.

After signing contract, time line went from 5wks to just under 8wks. Which is understandable with weather, but had no updates or communication from office until I phoned them. After 6wks was told they were a week behind but I was next in line. After 7wks and not hearing anything I again called , at which time we booked a date. Not pleased with office side. But the crew that did the work (Joes team) more that made up for any frustration. They did excellent work especially on problem areas with wood rot, cleaned up well, and kept me informed . Very happy with final results.

Very pleased with the communication with the office and the polite workers. The site was always well cleaned up and accessible. Appreciated the effort to inspect the work after each stage.

Hubbard Roofing was a wonderful company to deal with from start to finish. Every individual from the office staff to the labor workers were extremely professional. When our roof started leaking and we called this company, they came and quick fixed our roof to stop the leak, at absolutely no cost, even if we were not going to choose them for the job. Hubbard Roofing provided me with a competitive quote to re-shingle my house. They informed me of the expected time line when they would start the project and actually started within a couple weeks of that date but I understood that they were behind due to weather conditions this year. I felt that the roof vents they installed did not match the colour of the shingles and they were replaced without question by Hubbard. I an extremely pleased with the quality of the installation workmanship as well as Hubbard's quick response to my concerns.
