We had Hubbard Roofing repair our roof and metals by way of an insurance claim for hail damage. First of all, I have to say the customer service is outstanding with Hubbard. The roof is awesome and the workmanship was great. However, when our metals were done we did have a piece of fascia blow off in the wind only one week after it was installed. I immediately called Hubbard and they had a guy out the same day to fix it which was amazing. Hubbard also replaced some window trim on one of our windows. One month after the work was completed we decided to replace a few windows and doors in our home. One of those windows was the window where the trim was replaced due to hail damage. When the window installer removed the trim, the wood on the exterior of our home in the exact location the trim was replaced instantly crumbled. It was completely water damaged and rotting to the point that it felt like a sponge to touch and a mushroom was even growing out of one pieces. I am extremely disappointed that we were not advised of this extensive damage and it was instead covered up. If we had never decided to replace that one window we would have never known about the damage underneath and who knows what could have happened then. While dealing with Hubbard Roofing was mostly fantastic, the issue with our window trim and the damage to the exterior of our home that we were not advised about has left a bitter taste in our mouths.
