I was worried that my toilet was not functioning properly. Sam from Flowtek came by and had a look. He found that the unit was overall in good condition and just made need some simple adjustments which he did rather than charging me for the full replacement of the flapper unit. I appreciated Sam's honesty and how quickly he was able to assess and deal with the situation.

Flowtek does an awesome job! rocks in toilets, recirculating hot water line repair or increasing the water pressure in my house...no job too big or too small.

Sam, the owner of flowtek plumbing ltd. did an exceptional job!! He was able to assess the issue and repaired the problem that I had with my washing machine's shut off/on valve. Sam went out and purchased the necessary product, installed and repaired the switch off/on valve. I would high recommend his services and and have already recommended him to other family and friends. When we needed to finish our basement, we called Flowtek to do the plumbing for our new bathroom and kitchen. They were very professional and I can't believe how clean their work was. I love our new basement! My mother-in-law used them too when she renovated her master en-suite....again no problems and a reasonable price.
