We hired Steve to do a complete basement development in our NW home. He worked in a timely and very professional manner. Quoting, work site operation, and quality were all very good. We really like the job he did for us.

I called Steve to renovate the basement of our new home. He wasn't the lowest quote we got but we decided to go with his services anyway. He's upfront with options and costs and very knowledgeable about the codes and standards. He does a decent job of supervising his subcontractors and ensuring they respect your home which is a big deal for me. My only grouse is that they far exceeded the timeline. I would enjoy working with Steve of Sandbar construction again

My wife and I undertook a major renovation of a 1912 home in Sunnyside. This included a demolition of the original home interior, the demolition of a previously added single storey addition, and building a new 2 storey addition to the rear of the house.

Steve did an exceptional job. He listened to what we wanted and exceeded our expectations in delivering the finished product. He was always on time, always communicated with us, did exactly what he said he would do and came in on budget. What more can you ask? I would definately recommend Steve for any of your development projects from renovation to a complete build. In fact, we currently have Steve doing another job for us in Rosedale - a tear down and new construction bungalow.
