Accura Marble & Granite

Paid in full in March 2011, we are now August 2011 and the work is still not completed. They damaged the walls when they installed the counters and refused to fix them after. Instead they offered to install a trim at no charge to hide the damage. I refused, they insisted and explained that after the trim was installed, if I did not like it, they would remove it and repair the walls. The ugly trims are still up (and I have digital pictures if you would like to see).
Very poor workanship, most of the seams are very visible, they made a few chips when they installed it and refused to repair it, and the glue/sealer used was not cleaned properly and now I am left with yellowish lines. They even installed a different stone in one section, which was also the wrong size.
I have been very kind and patient and when I tried to set a completion date with Mike, he became agresive. Beware that Accura Marble and Palm Decor Group are the same owners, son & father, and both can't be trusted.
