I had respectful roofing replace my roof as they were the most competitive with price. They were very proffessional with there workmanship and did a great job. They cleaned up my property everyday before leaving and were there the next day exactly on time. After the completion of my roof which looks great I had an issue with the skylight. Chris the foreman did mention that I should replace the skylights but at the time I could not afford to. Even though it was not there responsibility they came back to my house twice and did the best they could to fix the problem. The after service they gave me was awesome.

At eleven o'clock one night during a terrible storm, we heard a strange dripping. Once we checked the kitchen taps, we realized that the roof was leaking in the living room and from the skylight in the hall. Chris and Steve from Respectful Roofing came as soon as we called the next morning . They put a protective tarp over the problem areas and the roof was fixed after a couple of rainy days. Overall, we were very pleased with the efficient and friendly service from this Coquitlam area company.

Respectful Roofing was extremely professional in every area from the first consultation through to the completed installation. The quality of service and product I received was nothing less than exceptional. Respectful Roofing is the 3rd roofing company I have used for my rental properties and by far the best. I will continue to use Respectful Roofing for all my roofing needs and strongly encourage those who want a quick and positive roofing experience to do the same.

They showed up on time with 2 workers , job was to take 4 days, it took 10 days. They did not take due care when removing shingles and did damage to structure around the perimiter of the home. Their disposal pin was left on the street for 1 week after they were gone. I had to have it removed because of neighbour complaints. Their tools were left in my backyard for 10 days after they completed their job.
I was simply going to forget this horrible experience, but now I am being attacked by one of the company's that they do business with.

I am recieving letters from the disposal company that they have not payed threatening to put a lien on my home in regards to their account.

After I had considered the service from Repectful Roofing for one week long, I would like to go to restate Respectful Roofing marks at 9 from 7 since the after sale service from Mr. Kai Tan is really appreciated and is a realizable one.

Again, I would like to express my thanks to Mr. Kai Tan (Roofing Consultant), Mr. Christopher Tennent (Head of the company) and his great Team of Respectful Roofing (especially Mr. Scott) for all the jobs done there!

Yes! I am very grateful for the immediate and professional service I received from Respectful Roofing, and appreciate their excellent service. I do not mind to have their business sign put on my lawn to show my appreciation.

We hired Chris with respectful roofing and currently there are some items to iron out. I'm sure everything will be taken care of and then I will gladly write my full review.

After sales discussions with Chris went well. We were able to resolve all issues we brought up. Thanks to Chris and his team. This was a massive job

I got the quotation in May for reroofing my house. In August I called the salesman Kai to give me a face to face briefing what they will be doing on my house. He came and gave me that in a nice and friend way. That's why I decided to use the company as my reroofing contractor. The contract was signed in early September and done very quickly. I think their work and professionalism is worth respect.

I cannot stop recommending Chris & the team at Respectful Roofing to my friends! The price quoted was fair & competitive to others I had got. But what really sealed the deal was the service received. The crew was efficient, on time, courteous, and despite Vancouver weather the job was completed so quickly!

I called Respectful Roofing to access the cost of repairs to a small leak over the front entrance to the house.

Chris respeonded immediately and was able to explain the nature of the leak and what it would take to repair it.

Chris provided us with a quote (that incidently was less than competitive quotes) and arranged a time to complete the work.

The job was completed on time and on price. The work is also guaranteed.
