We desperately wanted to have our stair case renovated so we made a quite a few calls to various companies to get some quotes. We were surprised and a little disappointed that not one company we called would come out to the house to give a proper quote, not to mention how many companies did not even return our phone call! We were beginning to get discouraged and that's when we came across Gmano's advertisement in our local paper. We sent an email to him explaining the best we could what we wanted.
