Repaired wobbly stairs and installed new railings

Leo was one of very few people who were willing to repair the wobbly railings at my parents' home - all others wanted to completely replace the railings at a considerably higher cost. He gave 3 options (all were reasonably priced), explained the benefits of each and recommened one of the lower priced options. We ended up going with the middle option and he went in and fixed the stairs almost like new.
He also installed a new set of railings in my basement and gave me a price based on photos and measurements I provided. And the work was excellent.
Leo is great to deal with. I would absolutely recomend him for new installations or repairs.
