Santa's Chimney Services

Very pleased! Have never used their service but it was recommended and we will definitely use them next year! Punctual, very tidy, friendly, checked to be sure we have proper alarms and extinguisher.

I requested a WETT certification assessment on my 2 wood burning units,
as required by home insurance company. Unfortunately there is a lot of work needed, so result is a failure. The "sweep" explained the findings in detail, very professionally. I was able to follow up with my insurance company, with the outcome.

Robert is very professional and is very good as his job. He installed caps repointed chimney and was very tidy on his clean up. We have had hard rain on chimney with no leaks.

I needed to have my chimney removed due to separation from the house caused by land settlement, so I contacted a few chimney companies and Robert was the first to contact me, assess the project and provide me with a quote. His quote was very reasonable and so we decided to go with him. He started the project in a timely manner and kept us updated as he progressed on the project. He was very upfront and honest with his quote ; he actually went above and beyond the scope of the project to help us with the other tasks, such as plastering the exterior wall, capping the other chimney, and some small capentry work. He provided many useful hints not only about the chimney but als other aspects of the house. For the price and service we received, we definitely recommends Robert and his company to other homeowners.

The guy who came was very polite and helpful. Did a very quick and clean job of cleaning out the chimney and also repaired a few of the cracks as well
