GTA moving and Packing Services

Toronto Downtown to Mississauga Road. We are extremely disappointed with this service and inefficiency of their crew. It is beyond ridiculous that they took 17 hours to move stuff from a two bedroom condo that had two beds, a couch, a crib and a glass top table that required disassembling of which I personally disassembled 1 bed partially.We had already packed all the stuff and they had to pack the glassware and figurines.They came without boxes, packing material, tools for the job and the main guy was asking us to drive up to a dollarama and pick up tools for him when we had 20 minutes left for the elevator.

They started the move at 11 am and ended at 4 am that's right 4 am the next morning. We were given a rate of $399 for the first 3 hours and after that 79.99 every hour. So they were moving stuff extremely slowly so that they could drag the no. of hours and we ended up paying for 17 hours.

We used their service in April 2008 and were very happy and we referred them to about 20 of our friends of which 11 people used your service. A friend of ours who had a move last year in Oakville (who used their service twice) had the same complaint that the movers were extremely slow.

It was really stressful for us with two small kids 4 year old and 6 month old and are blown away by this experience. Will definitely not make the mistake of referring GTA moving service to anybody.

I would rather pay a little more and use a reputed moving company.
