I’m very happy with the service I received buying and installing our swim spa recently. I highly reccomend York Region hot tub and spa .
Elliott went above and beyond to make sure everything was done quickly and properly.

They closed my pool in fall of 2016 after I was a weekly maintenance customer for the season. In the spring of 2017 when I checked my water level I discovered that the liner was floating. I called YR to advise of the problem before they came to open my pool. They arranged to have the liner re-installed and charged me $400. The liner repair specialist found the missing coverings in a bag that had been placed inside the skimmer basket at time of closing (the name York Region was stamped on the plastic bag). I contacted Elliot who denied that they removed the outlet covers and I would have to pay $400. After numerous requests he finally agreed to refund my $400 but would still not admit any fault. I cancelled my weekly maintenance package. During the summer my liner became loose at the top requiring that I hold it up with wedges to prevent it from falling into the water. I called the liner specialist to look at the problem and have hired him to come back next spring at my expense to re-set the liner by draining the pool. I would never recommend York Region Pools to close a pool. You and your staff should know that the outlet cover plates are never removed at closing!!!

we purchased out hot tub in July and got it installed in August, within reasonable timeframe. We were also provided on-site instructions on how to maintain the hot tub and the proper water quality. Personal attention by the business owner is valuable and gave us sense of confidence with the business. 10/10 to the business so far.

We went back to York Region Hot tub as our experience with Elliot had been good years ago when we bought our first Hydropool tub. This time we also had our patio installed by Elliot's team. We have not been disappointed. Elliot is easy to work with - he took my plan and made it come to life. Made it so much better than I had imagined - but still mine.
John & his crew did an amazing job building the patio - it looks great & will stand the test of time with it's solid construction.
All in all a very positive experience. I would highly recommend Elliot & his crew.

Elliott made sure everything worked out well in the end despite a few hiccups along the way which sometimes happens in any business. We needed to have an existing hot tub removed and the people who did that were exceptional and this is a very important service that Elliott's company provided. As well, the Electrician who Elliott recommended was great and we were pleased with the work he did. The delivery of the hot tub was a bit tricky as it was being placed in an indoor gazebo. The people who delivered the hot tub were very careful, friendly and considerate. Elliott arrived the day the Electrician hooked up and completed the work to provide us with information about how to operate the hot tub as well as with a supply of chemicals. We thank Elliott for his extra efforts to ensure we were satisfied customers and for his professionalism.

Elliot deliver every thing that he promise and deliver on the day he promise .
I will recommend this company everyday to anyone how need landscaping /Pool / Hot tub all you need to do is say exactly what you need and the time frame and he will deliver exactly that .
Out backyard was transformed into a tropical resort after all the idea and worked put in by Elliot and his company .
If we have to do this again we will choose York Region HOTTUB and Leisure with our eyes closed.
