hot tub

Elliott made sure everything worked out well in the end despite a few hiccups along the way which sometimes happens in any business. We needed to have an existing hot tub removed and the people who did that were exceptional and this is a very important service that Elliott's company provided. As well, the Electrician who Elliott recommended was great and we were pleased with the work he did. The delivery of the hot tub was a bit tricky as it was being placed in an indoor gazebo. The people who delivered the hot tub were very careful, friendly and considerate. Elliott arrived the day the Electrician hooked up and completed the work to provide us with information about how to operate the hot tub as well as with a supply of chemicals. We thank Elliott for his extra efforts to ensure we were satisfied customers and for his professionalism.

hot tub

Terrible communication and promises broken. Allan's responsiveness to phone calls, emails, and our needs was very poor and he didn't return calls until days later. We were promised removal of our old hot tub on different days and that date got pushed back over and over again. We were promised delivery of our new hot tub by Elliott and when we called to ask the time for the delivery Allan said he didn't know anything about it. This was very frustrating as Elliott has confirmed it would be Tuesday when we handed all the money!! A day later Allan called and we told him the installation/delivery was scheduled for Tuesday - so Allan knew this. And wondering, why Allan and Elliott are not communicating effectively between each other. When Allan called back hours later to say that the hot tub was now going to be delivered days after the promised date his attitude was uncaring and even argumentative. When told him we had been experiencing many disappointments along the way his response was "whatever"!! When I questioned his ability to accept customer feedback his response was, "well if you are going to say I am not doing a good job ...." and then he said, "I have nothing to do with installations". WOW - what DOES Allan have responsibility for? When I told Allan one of the reasons we chose their company was because of the good star rating on HomeStars and that we would not be providing a good rating he said, "oh well"
HOW DISAPPOINTING. LACK OF CONSIDERATION FOR OUR TIME. LACK OF COMMUNICATION AND BROKEN PROMISES. But they have all our money so I guess they don't mind from their side.....
