My wife and I had experienced sewer back up in our basement in April 2020. Being a long time user of Homestars and happy with the results, we created a request for this work. Elie and The Plumbing Expert responded immediately. Elie was very passionate about his work, provided great advice and was a local professional with a good network. Elie gave me the full picture including permits and newer technology with back flow valves. The work was done earlier than scheduled and completed to my satisfaction.
