Sent an inquiry through their website at 10pm and Jay emailed back and called within 15 mins. He scheduled an appointment for the next morning, arrived on time, and was BEYOND helpful. Luckily we are in the clear and Jay assured us and educated us. I would recommend Addison to anyone I know. (I believe several companies would have tried to sell me a treatment that I didn't need, however, Jay was very honest)
