We had Roy from AMarco plumbing replace the mixer for our hot water tank. He was quick, friendly, and the price we were quoted was the price we were charged.

We have a Direct Energy home plan that covers some plumbing repair, so when our 2nd floor bathroom started leaking through the first floor dining room ceiling, we called Direct Energy. They referred our case to A Marco Plumbing. We met Roy first and explored the options. Then we met Brad, who was excellent in helping identify the source of the leak. The repair, which looked to be headed in the $5K range, was made with minimal damage to the home (no tile repair necessary!). Brad took great care to ensure the repair was done safely , efficiently and cheaply. We managed to have the whole repair covered under our plan!
These guys are great, they know their stuff , and I would highly recommend them!

I have used A Marco before for other plumbing needs so I didn't have to look too far to find a plumber when I noticed a pipe was leaking in my basement. The previous homeowner had used an incorrect valve for our furnace humidifier which was now leaking. Roy came within 6 hours of our phone call. He diagnosed the problem right away and gave me an estimate. I gave him the okay and he was done in about a 1/2 hour with no mess.

What impressed me most was his diagnoses of a problem with our hot water tank. I mentioned to him some problems we were having with our hot water. Direct Energy said the issue was with our plumbing not the hot water tank. Roy told me what the issue was in under a minute. I called Direct Energy back and told them Roy's diagnosis and they had someone come out and take a second look. Lo and behold, Roy was correct.

Knowledgeable and honest. That's why I'll keep using A Marco. Plus the pink anti-bullying shirts are a plus in my books.

Called A Marco Plumbing to ask about the cost to replace 7 shut off valves. Sharon in the office said they would be happy to send someone out to do a free estimate for the work. The next day, Ryan arrived to do the estimate and explain everything he would do. The cost appeared to be reasonable so an appointment was set up a couple of days later. Ryan came back to do the work, which was completed within 2 hours. Both Sharon, in scheduling the appointments, and Ryan, doing the work, were extremely pleasant to deal with. We were very happy with the service provided and would highly recommend this company.

Ryan is very good, he is very knowledgable and explained very well what caused the problem. His expertise shows how he can be rely on. He is very courteous with customers and polite.
