Having called other plumbers on this site, I finally got a live person on the other end of the phone. Very frustrating when you need someone quickly. Sharon was wonderful and immediately put my mind at ease and made me feel confident that I had chosen the right company for the job. It was an extensive repair to a very old house. Ray gave me several alternatives and price ranges to eliminate the water seepage problem and we came to the conclusion that a sump pump was the best way and cheapest alternative to the problem. Much appreciated that he also agreed to the best alternative at the least cost to me. Although the company is a very busy one, they managed to book me in within a two week period and the job was complete within a week. Effortless on my part except for the bill, but service was impeccable and so far the work has eliminated the water problem in the basement. Thank you team at A Marco Plumbing.
