Amazing, amazing and professional! I highly recommend Steve and his team. They did a highly skilled job of changing out our windows, replacing them with new and completing the interior trim. Although I ordered the deck and railings through a building supply store, Steve was the guy who modified the plan to make it work! He's a detail guy. The result was a great job that suited our needs perfectly. We now have a large l-shaped, cedar deck with black aluminum railings with tempered glass inserts. Steve and his assistant did the whole job in less than a week . The extra materials were delivered back to the store and I picked up a credit for them. Well done Steve! He also does windows and doors.

Steve helped me out replacing a broken pane of glass on a back door on a cold winter day. My budget was thin and he was able to salvage a piece of glass that not only fit perfectly, but looked great. My review is similar to the previous reviews which have all referenced the person Steve is. Truly a blessed individual. I will do my best to pay it forward referring his services anytime I can. Steve Hackenberg from Hackenberg Windows and Doors has looked after our Window and Door needs. He knew we were on a tight budget and he never tried to sell us on more expensive products. My children have broken 2 of the windows, 1 had a hole and crack from rocks being thrown and another was cranked open while locked and cracked the whole window. He came rather quickly and replaced them free. It was our Children's fault , so I was fully expecting to pay a lot , because when your repairing something, you usually might as well buy a new one of what ever it is. Again, he knew we were tight on money and helped us out. We have had him back to replace other windows and 2 doors. Great Experience !! Would recommend this company to anyone !!

Steve replaced our window with a patio door creating a beautiful walkway onto our new deck. He also sealed up our old existing entrance as part of this job. Very reliable, courteous and professional. Job was also done ahead of schedule.....always a pleasant surprise!
