One Call Reno

I bought 5 windows from Mark. Throughout the whole purchasing process, he has been absolutely great with my wife and I. We are always extra careful when dealing with contractors and buying items for the long-run. He was very patient, friendly and explained everything. He also gave us great advice. We went with SDL grill windows in ivory and they look amazing! I was very pleased with the quality of the installation by Richard and his team. They ripped out the old windows and installed the new ones without leaving any noticeable traces. I don’t even have to do any painting inside or out! It was a breeze and I love my new windows! I would highly recommend their services!

We had all of our front windows & doors replaced early this spring. Mark and Richard did a professional job. Their attention to detail and making sure the job was done right was noticed by us . From the consultation to the finished product we had a good feeling about this company. And to top it off their price was a pleasant surprise. I would highly recommend these guys!

The work was excellent. The men were fast, very clean and thorough. The window looks better than the original and is well insulated. I would recommend this company for any work.

Excellent home renos. I am very pleased with the overall job that this company did they were there every step of the way for any issues that I had they took care of them. They worked well with other contractors I had on the job and coordinated the work very well. Highly recommended.

Richard & his team definitely deserve a AAA rating. Excellent service & good work. Very easy to deal with. Installation is quick & professional. Takes 4 days to replace everything. My house now looks brand new again. Thank you Richard.

They scheduled the work and showed up on the day they scheduled, and on time ! Installation was professional.

The sliding door and windows look great.

We wanted to replace the original bay window in our living room with new windows, and to have the ability to open some of them as the originals could not be opened.

After some research we ended up going with One Call Reno to handle our replacement windows. Mark did a great job of going over the options and what they had to offer, and the installers were quick and professional.
