Bought new 8'-0" custom main door and side lights but one side light broken after 2 months. Disappointed by original installer's delays and very little trust repair would last. Reached out to Pinnacle and confidence restored with perfect replacement and workmanship.

We cannot express in words how elated we are with our new front entrance. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with John. He is a man of his word. Showed up on time for appointments and installed on the day we agreed.

I have a very nice entrance - 3/4 glass door with top and sidelights. For over 2 years I had a peel-and-stick film on the inside so I could have some privacy. It did it's job, but I was never thrilled with the look. I contacted John after looking at his website and seeing the many, many options that were available. He set an appointment, showed up on time, went over what I wanted (wasn't pushy to try to upgrade or sell me on something that I didn't like) and provided a very reasonable price quote. Almost exactly 2 weeks after the quote, he came by to install the new decorative glass in my door and sidelights. He was professional, went over the process, kept the area clean (he even closed my heating vent while he worked so there would be no debris that fell in). I was very happy with my door and it looks amazing. I have more light, the privacy I wanted and it's very eye catching. Plus the seal he put on the glass is guaranteed for life! Now that's peace of mind. I highly recommend John and Pinnacle!

I couldn't find a design I liked so I created one on a piece of paper and John transformed my idea into this amazing masterpiece! All 7 pieces of glass were replaced and the 3/4 glass door is now the full length glass. The original door had a peel and stick film (from Home Depot) but now has the "Oceana" embedded in the glass. The quality and craftsmanship is better than what the builder installed!

Stunning and incredible work John! I enjoy looking at my door every day. So much light shines through my foyer and the simplicity of the design is so peaceful. I have shared a before and after look.

John always does amazing work.. This is our second time using him.. Our last time was a complete entrance and doorway which was so grand that we decided, in our new house, we had to use John again.. This time was no exception.. He came through with an outstanding "rain glass" and bar rod iron glass insert that suited the house so well.. Keep up the amazing work John!

Changed our door to a full glass and 2 side lites. Very helpful with suggestions and design. Turned out fantastic. Everything was done as advertised and very fast. Very good installer. We are both very satisfied with the work and quality of the product. Would recommend them.
