John was polite, professional, and on time! The windows are exactly what we wanted...we had almost given up on getting the stained-glass windows for our front doors as we had several other companies come to give us a quote but they said they could not do the job as we had a unique door window size, and it would be their recommendation to replace the doors all together. John was knowledgable and able to do the job. We are extremely happy with the windows installed by Pinnacle 1 Decorative Glass. Thanks John!
